Benji Marshall – joining the Spartan team in 2010 Benji has been apart of a new wave of Rugby League gear that we have introduced into the market.
Benji made his debut in the NRL in 2003 when he came off the bench for the Tigers against the Knights. 2005 was his break out year and although it started bad in terms of an injured shoulder in a pre season game, the season ended in grand style when the Tigers defeated the Cowboys in the Grand Final. Benji stamped his authority in that game and was arguably the creator of the best try in NRL Grand Final history with that “flick pass” on the 50m line to Pat Richards who scored which resulted in the win.
He has represented his country New Zealand in just under 20 tests and is currently the New Zealand captain and the NRL ambassador.
